  1. What makes this different than any other calendar?

    There are three things that make this different from other calendar and to-do systems out there:

    • You can assign timelines (groups of to-do items) to main events. This is useful when you have many main events that require the same sequence of to-do items to occur as well (IE: concert promotion, Wedding Planning, etc, etc). This is not only a great timesaver, but is also a very powerful feature because these timelines are linked to their respective events-so unlike normal calendars, you can edit and modify the main event and timelines as a group.

    • You can have an entire team set up on one account...this is a powerful feature whereby you can assign various to-do items to different individuals within one program.

    • A revolutionary feature in Monkey Mind Manager is the ability to have individual Daily Agenda emails sent to you and your team members. You can view, and mark as completed tasks from directly in your email-you don't even need to sign into Monkey Mind Manager except to enter main events.

  2. Who is this for?

    Monkey Mind Manager is useful for anyone that manages multiple events simultaneously. Booking Agents, Band Managers, and Promoters will find this especially useful. But folks in many other industries have found this to be very helpful to them. This includes, Wedding Planners, Catering Companies, Building Contractors, etc. Really the concept of the timelines can be used in many many industries, and you are only limited by your imagination. :-D

  3. How much does this cost?

    Keeping this affordable for our working musician friends was a top priority. Therefore, we created an inexpensive monthly cost of $14 with no contracts.   4. What do I need to use this?

    Monkey Mind Manager is completely web based. So any computer or other device (cell phone, etc) that has access to the internet can use this.

  5. How many members can I have on one account?

    You can have up to ten emails associated with each account. Organizations interested in linking more than ten members to one account should contact us and we'll take care of you.

  6. How secure is my data?

    We do daily reduntant backup on all our servers and databases. Your subscription is handled through Paypal, so your credit card information is never stored on any of our servers. We take security very seriously here, so that you don't have to worry about it.

  7. I need help, where do I go?

  8. Do You Care About the Environment?

  9. What's with the monkey?

    Our favorite question :-D The term "Monkey Mind" is a Buddhist expression for the state where the mind is scattered, unsettled, and indecisive. Oftentimes, the minutia of event management can cause us to lose focus on the big picture (the event), so "Monkey Mind Manager" is a system where we can automate the remembering of these small things so we can more easily focus on the bigger picture.
