Furthermore, you can always view our extensive tutorial videos listed on this site. They will walk you through step-by-step of every aspect of Monkey Mind Manager.

3) Support Desk (Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm CST)
If you still have questions, feel free to contact us directly at our support desk. Our team is available to answer questions Monday – Friday from 9am – 6pm CST. With that said, we encourage you to check the FAQ section first because most of the answers are already there.

Support Hours

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm CST. During these hours we will respond to any question submitted through the help desk within 24 hours. If your question was submitted outside of these hours, you can expect a response the next business day.

Please Note: Questions submitted after 1pm on Friday will be answered the following Monday.

Reporting Bugs

If a bug is found, we are committed to fixing it as quickly as possible after it has been brought to our attention. If you find a bug, please fill out a Support Ticket with as much detailed information on how to recreate the bug.
